Vector graphics are cool, allowing us to resize and rotate complex
graphical images to fit the size of the output without the image
blurring associated with raster images. Raster graphic programs
are great for touching up photo's and creating electronic paintings.
But, when it comes to developing adaptable artwork that communicates,
we're going to use the vector program.
Artwork can be
exported as an Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) file - a
graphics format that describes an image in the PostScript
language supporting both vector and raster graphics recognized
by many graphics and printing programs. |
